The restaurant on the property was excellent, with great service. We stayed for two nights, my husband and I, and the staff were very respectful. They let us know there was no AC, but with the windows open at night, it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel was beautiful, surrounded by mountains.

We’ll be back every year for sure. The team was kind, nice, and professional, and it’s a quiet spot where you can relax and recharge. It’s a castle with lots of history, set in the green valley of Herault, in a perfect location about an hour from Monpelliert.
