Breakfast had plenty to choose from, with both hot and cold options. The grounds are kept in really good shape, with benches and places to sit scattered around. It feels quiet, private, and luxurious.

Chausette the cat is always a welcome sight, and the grounds are lovely, with a pond, picnic tables, and trees that look like oaks, though I’m no expert. The optional dinner is delicious, and the rooms feel cosy. It’s a peaceful place, usually very quiet since most guests seem to be on business trips, especially at weekends. One small warning: the walls are thin enough that you can almost hear what people in the next room are saying, so be thoughtful about when you make noise.

Dinner was great, and the place felt calm and pleasant. The garden is huge, and everything was clean with a trendy feel.
