Maison Saint-Brevin-les-Pins, 3 pièces, 4 personnes - FR-1-364-118

Really top notch.

The positives are that it’s well located and has a nice little cottage. Otherwise, it was a mixed stay. There’s no oven, and no amenities at all, not even somewhere to buy a drink or a baguette. Paying €16 per night for a dog is baffling when nothing is provided for them, the garden isn’t fenced, and there’s nothing for dogs on the property. The fitness room has very limited hours, and it wasn’t accessible for a whole day because the pool was closed due to bad weather. I’m glad I booked outside the summer season, or I’d have been very disappointed to spend summer at this resort.

The cottages have comfortable interiors and lovely outdoor terraces, and there’s a swimming pool. It’s close to both the town center and the sea. A very pleasant, quiet place for a family holiday. I recommend it.

The Odalys residence was a lovely place to return to after our outings, with a peaceful atmosphere during our October 2025 visit. We spent two weeks in the region and enjoyed many pleasant trips. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely an address to remember, and we’ll come back!
