It's a lovely spot outdoors by the sea, and the staff were nice. The food was what let it down. The starters were a bit bland, the chips greasy, and the pulled pork burger had so much sauce it became a little sickening. It wasn't awful, just not very good. I wouldn't rate it as a 4.5 recommendation. For food, I'd say 3.5/4, though it's a nice place to have a drink.

The herb garden gives La Crique a fresh, natural feel, and it's a charming touch that makes the place feel distinctive and welcoming. I also liked that dogs are welcome: there's a designated area with water, and they kindly arranged nearby tables so you can eat with your pet close by. The restaurant has lots of thoughtful details that make dining relaxing. Our table was comfortable and well placed, and even the toilet was clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

We liked it so much that we came twice. The food was high quality and made with local products, and the prices felt fair for what you get. It's a charming restaurant with a lovely outdoor terrace and a super friendly team.

At 18.30 the place was completely empty, but I was told everything was reserved. They did offer me a table in the middle of the passage, though. I ordered dinner for 19.00, a pulled pork burger and chips. The meat was cold, and after it was taken back it came out again a few minutes later only a little warmer. It was served on a tray lined with "newspaper"; the paper got so soggy I nearly ate it. When I left, almost every table was still empty, with reservations for much later. Getting dinner for one in France remains a challenge.
