The main problem was a strong cigarette and tobacco smell in our room in the evening and overnight, and we had kids with us. The hotel is okay, though a little old and in need of refurbishment. I was very surprised that Accor allows this practice to continue. Letting guests smoke in public or private areas is unacceptable and, as I understand it, not legal.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. The two guys at reception were kind and helpful, especially one who helped me a lot. He smiled often and was polite. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone. Samuel from Nigeria.

There was a smoking smell everywhere, and the room was cold and dirty, including the WC. It was noisy, the staff were unhelpful and very bad, and the shower wasn't comfortable. There was nowhere for clothes and only one chair in the room. Never again.

For a budget hotel, I understand what you're paying for, but the inside looks about 30 years old. It's hard to tell whether the stains on the plastic bathrooms are from age or just dirt. The place needs renovating.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. You get what you pay for. I stay in a lot of hotel f1's, and this one's easily the best.
