The staff were friendly, though good service didn't seem to be a priority. Cleaning was clearly sloppy, and the bar's opening times seemed to depend on the staff's whims. A bit more organization would help. I have mixed feelings. In summer, I liked the location, comfort, and price. Full board was reasonably priced. It's cafeteria-style food, nothing fancy, but acceptable for the cost.

I spent a weekend here on a company outing and had a fantastic time. Thanks to the reception, restaurant, and shuttle teams. The rooms have lovely views, and there's a coach parking area below. A special thank you to Zaza in the restaurant, a wonderful woman who's attentive and takes great care of her guests, and to her team.

I remember the place from when I lived here in the 70s. It used to be the old gendarmerie, surrounded by endless fields of irises and buttercups, with igloos and rabbit hutches. It was magnificent.

The room and bathroom felt cramped for three adults and a child, and the bunk bed wasn't very practical with a toddler. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. The food was simple and could have used more flavor, the same yogurts came up often, and there wasn’t whole-grain bread at breakfast. The shuttle timing was also a little tight after ski lessons at the end of the day. There were plenty of good points too: the staff were warm, smiling, and helpful, and the kids had great entertainment. Ski rental was on site, with a free shuttle. They quickly fixed a few lights and the TV when we arrived, and the Valentine’s Day touch was nice. Baby food was available. We still had a good stay despite those things to improve.
