You can walk to the shops and slopes in about five minutes. It's a private residence with parking, elevators, ski lockers and cellars, plus a small garden. The apartments have either mountain views or balconies facing the slopes.
The apartments are well laid out and near the shops, and the residence itself is pleasant, well maintained, and always smells lovely. Getting back with skis and ski boots is a real struggle, though. There is a ski room, but it's so small that you can't fit your boots in. The games room stayed closed all week, which was a shame for the kids, and there isn't an easy place nearby to go sledding.
The landlord we rented from kept our deposit, claiming there were broken bed slats and a stolen duvet. Be careful who you rent from, and make sure you carefully check the inventory and fittings.
The residence is right by the shops and gondola lifts, and there's a gym in the basement.
A lovely, warm residence close to both the center and the slopes, with everything you need.
