Cathy, the owner, welcomed us so warmly and showed us around the wine cellar, with a tasting too. We were sorry to find every shop in St. Christoly closed on Tuesday evening. If you're walking like we were, bring your own dinner.

The winery tour was a highlight. Cathy shared her passion for winemaking and gave us great tips on restaurants and places to visit. She made us feel very welcome at Chai Paulette, in a lovely, quiet village. Our room was clean, spacious, well equipped, and had a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous, too. We highly recommend staying here.

We stayed a night at Chai Paulette while hiking the Amadour trail. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We recommend it.

Cathy made us feel welcome and was so pleasant and helpful. She knows her work as a winemaker inside out, and shared it with us, along with great advice on restaurants and places to visit. Chai Paulette is in a pretty little village, and our room was clean, new, and spacious. Breakfast was simple but generous. A pleasant stay, and I recommend it.

The owner was lovely and showed us around the winery, explaining her craft with real enthusiasm. She even made the tour easy for children to follow by using simple language, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was generous. We received an excellent welcome and would happily return.
