We were left scrambling during a midsummer backpacking trip when the gîte was closed, and wound up camping in someone’s garden. The local people were very kind, which I really appreciated. The gîte itself, though, let us down badly. I’d give it zero stars if I could, but had to put something.
A great spot for skiing, especially if you're just starting out. It’s quiet, which helps, and the price is good too.
If you’re looking for a place for a big, decadent party that might get noisy, this is ideal. It’s right in the middle of nowhere.
It was closed when I came by, but the view alone deserves five stars.
