The breakfast was a lovely spread: fresh bread, croissants, homemade pastries, local charcuterie and cheese. We also had a roomy, comfortable room with good amenities, including bottled water, tea and herbal tea, and the billiard room was a nice extra. The owners were so kind and keen to make us happy. We hadn’t realized dinner was available on request, and I’m sure we missed a really nice meal. We’ll come back and book dinner next time. If you’re nearby, this seems like one of the best places for a comfortable night.

Jérôme cooks the best food, and the hosts are amazing. The castle is beautiful too. Always a pleasure.

The homemade breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was prepared just for the two of us, which made us feel special. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful, tasteful decor. We had a lovely dinner in the lounge by the fireplace, and the potato gratin was divine. The profiteroles were the best I’ve ever had. A warm welcome, and parking right on the property. Go without hesitation!

Breakfast came with pastries, warm rolls, tasty local cold meats and cheeses, and the family’s fantastic jam. His lovely companion was attentive throughout. As always, the host’s friendliness, humor and elegance made our snowy stay a pleasure. The spacious, comfortable room made for a peaceful rest, and the crackling fire in the beautiful living-room fireplace gave the château a warm welcome. Thank you both, see you next time!
