The pool is the one real plus, though getting to it isn't convenient either. The beach can be reached on foot, but it's about 20 minutes away, and the sand is coarse, so it won't suit you if you prefer fine sand. As for the residence itself, it's a plain place with little charm and an awkward layout. I can't see how the architect planned this cluster of buildings. For the price and quality, Pierre et Vacances wouldn't be my first pick. I'd look at other places nearby.

We stayed in apartment B214 and loved the view over the golf course and Canet pond. The loggia and 40m² terrace were a real bonus, and the soundproofing was excellent. It felt as comfortable as home, especially the bedding, which my wife and I both found exceptional. The residence is recently built, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. There is a road below, but we're used to tractors passing right by our windows back in the village, so it didn't bother us. One small improvement: felt pads on the chair legs indoors and outside would help 😉

The apartment itself was spacious, pleasant, and well equipped, with a huge terrace and very large, comfortable beds. The residence also feels secure and is neatly organized. It's opposite the golf course, with the mountains and Mount Fuji Catalan in the background. Just keep in mind that a road runs between the residence and the course, with parking spaces alongside it, so from the apartment, especially on the first floor, the view isn't straight onto the golf course. Still, very good.
