We’d been driving for eight hours from Switzerland on October 4 when I got their email, sent at 5:45 PM that day. It said they were fully booked for our dates and couldn’t accommodate us on the first night. Agathe offered a full refund for that night and a 50% partial refund for the other two nights under their policy, asking me to confirm so she could process it. The message ended, “Best regard,” and was signed Agathe, Horel du parc, “Envoyé de mon iPhone.”

Being so close to Stade de France is great, but just about everything else at this hotel was terrible. They sell “Comfort Rooms” as having “2 large twin beds,” though they don’t have any rooms with two beds. Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes too. The bathroom was a letdown: half the shower door was missing and propped in a corner by the toilet, so water got all over the floor. The drain was clogged as well.

Nobody spoke English, and we weren’t given the room we’d booked. At 10 pm we had to start looking for another hotel. They should make kebabs instead of running hotels. 🤯

The place was really dirty and the staff were very rude. Horrible place to stay, and I’d never recommend it to anyone. If negative ratings were possible, I’d give one.
