The pillowcases were dirty. When I asked the woman at reception for clean ones, she looked very surprised. The room itself was tiny, and the shower was inside it, separated only by a curtain with no proper enclosure. It was a very bad experience. There’s no zero score, so I picked 1.
The room is small and doesn’t look like the photos on Booking.com, and there’s just one charging outlet. On the plus side, the air conditioning is powerful, the shower has normal hot water, the Wi-Fi is stable, and there’s a large refrigerator. (Reply to Booking.com chat)
It’s good value for money, clean, and handy when you need a place in St Denis. The area is quiet, the host is responsive and available, and there’s air conditioning. It could use a kettle and cutlery for takeaway meals, a small blanket for extra comfort, and there are a few mold marks in the bathroom.
The room was basic and the cleanliness average. It’s fine for a night or two if you don’t plan to spend much time inside, though it feels a bit expensive for what you get. The staff were friendly. The soundproofing needs work, or guests could at least be more considerate. People talking loudly and playing videos at high volume on the terrace around midnight was really too much.
