Keylodge has the worst check-in process ever! They don't seem to understand that Agoda and similar sites don't send outside links for checking progress. It took them days to send me a link. The apartment keys are also 500 meters away from the apartment. Never use this Keylodge system! Never!
The apartment is newly renovated and nicely decorated, but it's very poorly equipped. For two tourists staying four nights, they provided just one single-use shower gel packet and one single-use shampoo packet. Are we supposed to buy products that aren't allowed in carry-on luggage? There's no hand soap, either. They expect us to do the dishes, but provide no dish soap or dishcloth. The booking agency is completely unresponsive, and they're asking for an €800 deposit!!! There's also an €80 cleaning fee. WHY??? There were ants EVERYWHERE on the “dining table,” counters, and floor when we arrived, plus about ten fruit flies in the kitchen. Is the cleaning even done? It's far from the city center. There was no parking map, and it took 10 minutes to find the space because the numbers were mixed up.
Pretty.
Good reservation.
