The hotel is handy for the airport and the room was decent. Most of the staff were courteous and friendly. But a few things went wrong: the light kept flickering, and after we reported it, a technician checked it but nothing was done to fix it. The air conditioner leaked, and noise from children nearby was constant and disruptive. Room service was disappointing too. I asked for a few items and was told to pick them up at reception.

The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. I did miss having a bar, though. It’d be nice if thirsty travellers could buy a beer there :)

The price is very high, but I really recommend this place. I’ve stayed at different hotels in Reunion republic a few times, and this one is in a very good spot. You can find almost everything just a few minutes away. The service and rooms are excellent, and it’s a great place for a vacation.

This was my first stay here, and it was peaceful and really nice. Everyone was polite, humble, and caring. Hospitality was excellent from reception through room service. Thanks to all of you for being so kind. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and will come back.

Free parking is a plus, and the location works well if you need to be fairly close to the airport, such as after a late arrival or before an early flight. The hotel is much like an Ibis in mainland France: useful and functional. My room was spacious and tastefully adequate, though it needs some maintenance and isn’t luxurious. With that location in mind, I’d give it four stars, but I wouldn’t choose it for a vacation.
