We had a really friendly welcome from the host and hostess, and the house worked well for our group of 18. Cyclists will appreciate the large lockable room for storing bikes. The surrounding area is lovely for rides, with mid-mountain routes and passes reaching around 1,300 meters. The place is affordable, easy to reach from the Netherlands in a day, and highly recommended for groups such as cycling clubs.

The Forez setting is magnificent, with lovely walks and sights to see nearby. We stayed in the two adjoining cottages, which gave our family plenty of room. A peaceful spot for a family holiday, and the owners are friendly.

The owners are so welcoming and friendly, and the place itself is superb. The one snag is that you have to cross a small road to get to the garden. It isn't used much, but with young children it can be a bit tricky.

Such a pleasant place, really spacious and decorated with taste. We got a warm welcome, and it works just as well for a couple as it does for family or a group. I'd recommend it.
