The room itself was spacious and really nice, but we left feeling unwelcome. At checkout, the person at the desk was in a T-shirt and sweatpants, which came across as unprofessional. Earlier, we couldn't find the lift because it was hidden behind a hallway door. When we returned to ask for help, the cleaning staff in the lobby laughed at us. The check-in staff weren't helpful and spoke only French, even though the hotel advertises to travelers. If you're the face of a business, you should be able to communicate with your guests. Breakfast was disappointing too: the food meant to be cold was warm, and the eggs and bacon were watery, cold, and greasy.

Reception gave excellent service, and the location worked really well for me. There’s a retail park right beside the hotel with restaurants. Five stars all round.

A handy overnight stop just off the motorway, with a very good breakfast. The room was in very good shape, though it had the usual chain hotel feel. There are several places to eat in the evening, plus a couple of bakeries within walking distance. Reception is open around the clock, and dogs are allowed for a small extra charge.

The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were polite. Parking was easy, with electric vehicle charging points available. It's modern and good value, in a convenient spot near the main road and plenty of local shops.

The breakfast was the weak point for us: it costs a bit much as an option, gets overcrowded, and food wasn't replenished when it ran out. We’d still stay again, though. Our family room had two separate sleeping areas, including separate single beds for the kids, and it was quiet at night and very good value for a stopover. For a cheaper, good-quality breakfast, try the huge bakery just around the corner in the retail park.
