Anaïs Hôtel Bourges Nord Saint-Doulchard

The room looked out onto the garden, so it was lovely and quiet, and it had plenty of space. The bathroom was modern, though one more shelf for our things would’ve helped. We were in Bourges for a wedding, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We skipped breakfast because the buffet was more than we wanted. A simpler option would be nice, perhaps a hot drink, a croissant (or two mini pastries), and some baguette. Bourges is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. We also went to Cave Bourgeois in Mennetou-Salon. Their white wine was very good and reasonably priced, and the person who welcomed us spoke about the wine with real passion. We hope we get back to the region.

Even with busy traffic nearby, the hotel was really quiet. I stayed two nights on a work trip and had a very good experience. The room was clean, with a big bed, a perfect bathroom, and air conditioning, which was a nice extra. The welcome was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone passing through Bourges.

Breakfast had a great selection of fresh sweet and savory food. The whole stay went smoothly, from check-in to leaving, and I had no complaints. I was in Bourges for work and stayed two nights at the Anaïs Hotel. The welcome was warm, and the room was roomy, with a desk area, a bed with a mattress topper, and a brand new bathroom. I stay in hotels often, and finally this felt like good value in Bourges. I’d say the Anaïs Hotel is probably the best in its category here.
