I loved staying at Hotel Dolce Notte in Saint-Florent. The receptionist was genuinely welcoming and friendly, with great suggestions for restaurants, a vineyard, and things to see nearby. The hotel bar sits right by the water and became one of my favorite places. The sunsets from there, and even from my room, were amazing. It’s a short walk to the centre of Saint-Florent, yet the hotel stays peaceful by the sea. Breakfast comes to your room, so I could enjoy it looking straight out at the water. The place has real charm and character, and I know I’ll return to Corsica.

The private beach is a great perk, with free paddle boards and kayaks, and the location makes it easy to relax and enjoy Corsica. It’s a three-minute walk to the town centre, pharmacies, and cute shops. Our room was very clean, stayed cool with AC, and had a private balcony facing the sea. There were free refreshments in the mini bar, and breakfast was brought right to our balcony. The staff were super friendly and attentive to the smallest details. We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem. Great for a romantic or family trip.

We had breakfast on our terrace, with very friendly staff looking after us. Every room has a stunning water view, so close it feels almost within reach. The hotel was wonderful and great value for money, and Saint Florent is a gorgeous town. Highly recommend.

The rooms all have sea views, air con, and comfortable large beds, plus there’s free secure parking. It’s B&B only, with breakfast brought to your room on a tray to eat on the terrace. Fine for a night or two, but I wouldn’t choose it for a week.

A great hotel in a quiet spot overlooking the sea, just a short walk from town. Breakfast came to the room, with fresh, tasty rolls and pastries. Shame there wasn’t any cereal.
