The facilities were fine: the rooms were clean, housekeeping was good, the food was decent, and the location was pleasant. Still, I left very disappointed because the welcome and atmosphere made the stay miserable. The manager came across as cold and at times condescending. I felt she didn't like lively, cheerful groups, and that we were treated differently, as though only certain guests, especially groups of seniors, were welcome. The other staff weren't much warmer, with very few smiles and little friendliness. It often felt like we were bothering them. For group accommodation, the atmosphere matters a lot, and here it felt oppressive. The place has potential, but customer service and the welcome need real improvement. I won't be coming back because of the management's attitude and the lack of friendliness.

I especially liked how quiet my room was, and the shared areas were lovely for unwinding, with a fireplace, pool table, and a warm feel. The evening activities were great too, from the piano bar and karaoke to the other entertainment, which kept things friendly and lively. My room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a very good bed for recovering after skiing and a lovely mountain view. The residence is right at the foot of the slopes, and there's a handy machine by reception for collecting ski passes. The bar had fantastic cocktails at very affordable prices, and the crepes at 5 pm were delicious. The restaurant food was excellent, with impeccable service from attentive, professional staff. Maud deserves a big thank you for the excellent organization, kindness, and professionalism. The welcome was warm, and the whole team was helpful and friendly. Orlane gave me all the information I needed to enjoy my time at the resort. My two days at this 3-star holiday residence were just perfect. Comfort, service, activities, and the setting all came together for a wonderful stay. I left with lovely memories and will definitely return. Highly recommend it. Well done, and thank you!

I've been staying at the ATC SFL with family and friends for several years, and I always enjoy our time there. The restaurant and bar staff are fantastic 😊. This year we were a group of 60, and handling a group that size really affected the service and the overall stay, including the noise, availability, and accessibility. It would help to have a water fountain in the common area, a cold drink dispenser, a coffee machine available 24/7, and Wi-Fi extenders on every floor.

The ski room was a real plus, with individual heated lockers that dried our boots by morning. The nearest chairlift is very close to the center, and the free shuttles around the site were a great bonus. We had a superb week with lovely weather and snow. The welcome was warm, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the decor was lovely. A very nice holiday center that I'd happily recommend. We stayed in January 2026, not February as indicated.
