My father died on January 15th, with his cremation set for the 30th, so I had to cancel my Guadeloupe trip planned for January 24th to February 1st. I asked to get my money back or move the booking, but they refused and wouldn't discuss any compromise. I do plan to return to Guadeloupe, but I won't stay with them. It felt like there was no compassion at all, just business.

Everything is kept spotless, from the peaceful grounds and lagoon pool to the perfect bedding. Estelle and her husband look after the place beautifully and are always attentive. The setting feels magical, and Cottages du Lagon is somewhere I'd happily recommend. Thanks again, Estelle.

We spent eight days here as a family and loved the calm, well-kept house and garden. In Saint-François, it felt like a little paradise. The pool slopes in gradually, which worked well for our young child. Estelle and her husband also responded quickly whenever we had a question. We'd definitely recommend it.
