The room was clean and the bathroom was roomy and accessible for people with reduced mobility. The price is affordable, and the place is fine for what it costs, but no more than that. The bed linen was thin and didn't suit us, especially if you like a duvet, blanket, or throw. What really cut our stay short was the noise in the mornings. At 6 a.m. on Sunday there was a racket on the roof, maybe work or the cat we saw, then more noise from a drill or something similar. Monday at 8 brought the same sort of racket, this time from a brush cutter. My mother told the gardener people were still sleeping, so he moved to cut the grass behind the accommodation. No chance to sleep in. At 9, the cleaning lady came to collect the sheets and towels even though checkout wasn't until noon. We got fed up, packed our things, and left early, though we'd planned to stay until noon. There was also a small hole in the rafters where a little cockroach visitor could get in. It is the countryside, I suppose, but still. Avoid this place if you're not an early riser and want to sleep past 7 or 8.

The owners were so helpful, and we got a really warm welcome with a welcome drink and a breakfast basket. Our two-person accommodation was practical and well equipped, with air conditioning in the bedroom. The pool was lovely too. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend it!

We spent two weeks at the villa with family and friends, renting all four independent apartments. The private pool had enough loungers for everyone and was a lovely place to relax. Our family of four had an apartment with one air-conditioned bedroom and a large double bed, plus a double sofa bed that worked well for the children. We were welcomed warmly, with a first-day breakfast kit and a drink, and got helpful suggestions for outings. The only small issue was that the kitchen faucet didn't have hot water. It didn't spoil our holiday. If we come back to Guadeloupe, we'd definitely choose Domaine Des Hibiscus again. It offers excellent value for money.

We had a great time with friends at the villa. Its four adjoining apartments made it easy for our group of 16 to stay together. The place is well equipped and in a quiet, convenient location, with a beautiful pool. The owners were welcoming and helpful. I'd highly recommend it!
