Gites La Source

We booked every gite for my husband's 50th birthday, and it was absolutely amazing. Sandrine and Pierre were so accommodating and friendly, and nothing felt like too much trouble. They even let us arrive early and leave late. The gites were all beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable, with stunning gardens and a pool. I'd happily return again and again. Thank you both for a fantastic stay.

The daily breakfast delivered to our door says it all, it was perfect. We were very comfortable in our two-bedroom gîte, and had fun in the pool and saying hello to the animals. There are goats, chickens, a pig, and of course Cooper the dog. The hospitality and recommendations were wonderful.

We spent four nights in a clean, nicely decorated, well-equipped cottage. The hosts were lovely and very friendly. The kids, aged 11 and 8, especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities, including the trampoline and swimming pool. It's not far from Sarlat, and a short drive gets you to some of the Dordogne's best sites. A few are about an hour away, but the roads and little villages make for lovely drives. The wifi reception was weak and could be improved. I highly recommend the place. Booking direct was cheaper than using external sites.

The terrace was a great extra, and the studio had everything we needed for a wonderful stay at Gîtes La Source. Our hosts were very friendly, and the gîtes are ideally placed for visiting all the villages.
