I live at Chalet 1, which is nicer, though this Residence is magnificent too. The views, pool, atmosphere, location, parking and ease of access are all great. Truly a great place.

We had a fantastic holiday apartment for the whole family, with a shared pool. It was more than fully furnished, with everything we could possibly need. I wouldn't drive into the underground parking garage again. It's very narrow and slippery for cars. And be warned, absolutely don't drive in with a roof box. VERY IMPORTANT

If you like getting out for hikes, the forest is only a few minutes away. The apartment sits right at the foot of the slopes, with a superb view, and St. Gervais-les-Bains is about a 10-20 minute walk downhill. It was quiet during the off-season. The pool is apparently open in summer. Enjoy!

We had a really bad stay. The apartment faces another building, so there was no view, and the listing hadn't mentioned that. Noise was a problem too: there’s no soundproofing and the upstairs neighbor was very loud. Green space in front of the balcony was being used as a place for dogs to do their business, and nobody cleaned it up.
