We really appreciated the generous breakfast, and in the evening the hotel turns into an intimate bar with a friendly dog. It's centrally located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a lovely view on a clear day. The room could have used a little more lighting, though maybe the dimness adds to its alpine charm. There isn't an elevator, which could be a problem for elderly guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
We were grateful to Hôtel Val d'Este for taking us in during a difficult situation. We visited in March 2025 for a late season ski weekend after another hotel had accepted our booking and then shut down. The staff were attentive and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. We're very glad this hotel was there for us.
Excellent service, a good breakfast, and a clean hotel right in the town center. Lovely place and a perfect location.
Our host was so accommodating, and his friendly three legged dog, Melo, made the stay even nicer. The room had an awesome balcony, and we felt our touring bikes were safe there. The place is right in the heart of a charming town with a fantastic vibe.
The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room was comfortable. Great location.
