There were still plenty of empty tables, so the explanation that they were short-staffed was hard to understand. After cycling all the way up, my pregnant wife, my son and I weren't welcome. It’s a beautiful spot, but it doesn’t feel friendly to hikers or cyclists.

The views were great, and the rooms were clean. We also enjoyed the delicious local food, and the staff were friendly. A very nice place to stay.
