6/10
The setting has a lot going for it: a sea view, terrace, parking, roomy spaces, a secure residence, and even a griddle. But the cleaning and upkeep really let the house down. There were cobwebs on the bedside lamps, dirty bathroom vents, a grimy oven and griddle, a badly clogged dishwasher filter, and a dirty terrace deck and outdoor furniture. Wi-Fi was nearly unusable, with practically no signal. The accessible bedroom was especially disappointing: dark and smelly, with no window or ventilation. It could be a very pleasant place and easy to recommend if it were maintained better.
