We couldn’t sleep until late at night because of the noise from the nearby camping, and sitting out on the balcony was impossible. I know that isn’t the hotel’s fault, but charging that much for a room where the noise keeps you from sleeping is unacceptable. The staff were lovely, parking was available, and our room was spacious. The property itself, though, wasn’t clean and didn’t feel very modern.

Great location. Good brood, then a good night's sleep.

My stay was deeply unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room had dirty walls, a carpet marked with cigarette burns, and dishes that were dusty and dirty. The reception staff’s manner was the worst part. We were greeted terribly, and their treatment felt distant and rude, while other guests seemed to receive polite explanations. Nobody told us about the facilities. Whenever we asked something, we got a rude answer and unpleasant looks. I found the treatment unprofessional and had never felt so badly treated in a hotel. The employee’s name is Olatz.

The setting is really beautiful. We had a six-person apartment, which was fine for just the two of us. The dog fee of €18 per night felt a bit steep, and there weren’t any trash cans around the grounds.
