Hôtel La Croix De Mille

We liked the unusual room setup, with a door straight outside, parking close by and places like a restaurant, tobacconist and grocery store nearby. The view was lovely, it was quiet, the bathroom was spacious, and they had a travel cot ready. The staff were welcoming too. We stayed one night with our two-year-old and my partner. A few little things bothered me, though: after showering, condensation left the bedroom floor wet, and it was already very cold underfoot. There was a makeup-like mark on one pillowcase and a stain on the bathroom floor. At €98 for the night without breakfast, it felt a bit expensive compared with other hotels. A kettle for tea, herbal tea or coffee would be a nice addition. Still, I do like the concept.

The Hotel de la Croix de Mille is conveniently close to the highway, so it worked well as a stop on a long drive. Secure parking and a gas station nearby were useful too. Inside, everything was spotless, and the staff were attentive and helpful. My room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a warm, welcoming feel, and the bed let me get a good night's sleep after travelling. I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return on another trip. I recommend the Hotel de la Croix de Mille if you want a clean place with good service in a handy location.

We stopped at this hotel while passing through, and I was surprised by how quiet the room was despite being close to the main road. Mine had a double bed, and the shower was spacious and well soundproofed. The parking felt very secure. The staff who greeted us were professional, attentive and incredibly kind. Thanks as well to the person who served me at the tobacconist's. Sadly, I think you were right, that third cash ticket must have been a winner... If I’m back in the area, I’ll stay here again without hesitation. Thanks for everything, 10/10.

We’ve had such a good time here both times we’ve stayed, and we’ll gladly come back again. The rooms are spotless, the view is beautiful, and the friendly staff make it easy to feel at home. It has a lovely family atmosphere.
