The bathroom was foul, with a tiny, grimy shower and a disgusting smell, and the bed was incredibly hard. The floors were sticky too. We had to lock ourselves in and out of the hotel area above the bar. I wish we'd spent more for somewhere even halfway decent for an overnight stop. I can't see this passing any kind of official inspection.

My husband really liked it, but I found the place lacking in atmosphere. It's just tables and hard chairs, with no real comfort. The hosts are welcoming, and the prices are about normal for this area. A very French bar. There's also a hotel attached, though I've never been in the rooms, assuming they still operate that part.

Friendly people and a really nice, traditionally French place.
