We had plenty of parking, and the area around the hotel was nice. But the room assignment was a mess: room 9 hadn't been cleaned or prepared for the next guest, so after we complained they moved us to room 8. Its mattress was very old and sagged into a hole in the middle. At night I could smell urine while sleeping, even with the bathroom door and window shut. The bathroom had been cleaned, so I think the smell was coming from the room itself.

For one night at a low price, I suppose it works, but I didn't feel comfortable spending time in the room. It wasn't clean: the desk was sticky and hadn't been wiped, and there were crumbs on the floor. The staff were very nice, though clearly stretched thin. They need more people.

The staff were really kind, and the location is great. The room was a bit dirty, though, and there was a huge spider in the bath, the biggest I've ever seen. No hairdryer, either, and I would've appreciated another towel.

The continental breakfast was good, and the price was fair for what you get. The hotel itself is a little tired, with average facilities, but it does the job. It's handy for the A9 Autoroute, and the tramline nearby makes it easy to get into the city centre or suburbs.

The bed was comfortable, though the room felt very cramped.
