Gites de Plos Studio (Adults Only)

It’s a lovely base for seeing the area, with beautiful places to visit close by. We had a really relaxing stay, thanks to the lovely setting, the cottage, the owners’ kindness and their warm welcome. I’ll come back as soon as I can.

It’s a warm, welcoming place to unwind, with a nice pool and an intimate feel at the edge of the Cévennes. The chalet is conveniently set between Alès and Anduze, close to everyday amenities, and makes a good starting point for exploring the region.

We spent three weeks here and came away feeling like we’d properly escaped. It’s peaceful by the pool, with the sun out and cicadas singing, and the hosts were attentive and available while still giving us space. I’d happily do it again. Anduze is close by, with lots going on in July and August, including wine, jazz, comedy and ceramics festivals. We also enjoyed Parc des Cordeliers and the little producers selling things like tomatoes and apple juice. Thanks for everything.

It’s so peaceful here, and a handy spot for getting around to the region’s attractions. We loved having an evening drink and playing pétanque, relaxing at the pool, or just sitting on the chalet terrace surrounded by nature and cicadas. The owners are warm, kind and discreet, and even have a lovely accent. A perfect stay, I’ll be back!
