The bamboo forest park is really close, which worked perfectly for us. We had a wonderful stay, with generous, considerate hosts and everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are spacious, and the amenities were quite sufficient.

We booked at the last minute, but everything was ready for us. The location is beautiful, and there’s a lot to enjoy: a spacious room with a fridge and fresh water, a terrace, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a pool and a trampoline. Breakfast was delicious, then we played pétanque with the owner. We lost, unfortunately 😅. Definitely worth another visit!

Laurence gave us such a warm welcome at this lovely farmhouse. It’s wonderfully peaceful out in the countryside, though still close to Alès. There are activities on site too, including a pool and pétanque court, which are perfect for children. It was a very pleasant surprise.

A really calm, shady and relaxing place, with a warm, welcoming feel that I especially appreciated. It’s possible to cook on site, and having a coffee maker and fridge in the room was so convenient. Fresh water was waiting for us too. There are plenty of games and things to do, including a boules court and trampoline. We had a fantastic stay!

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay at Mas Sylva, in a pretty room with a little terrace where we could have morning coffee looking out at nature. Laurence's helpful tips led us to discover the region and find good restaurants. The cottage is quiet and conveniently located between Alès and Anduze. Laurence and Lindoel are great hosts!
