The host was friendly and stayed easy to reach despite the distance, and the person who welcomed us also suggested some walks. We had an excellent week. The chalet itself is spacious, with large, pleasant rooms and a lovely terrace that was great for meals. The spa on the terrace was clean and a real treat, and the mountain view is beautiful. I recommend it 100%.

The games room was fantastic, and the pétanque court gave us another fun way to spend time together. We also enjoyed some superb hikes. The chalet has a magnificent setting, a roomy living area and comfortable bedrooms, which made for a wonderful family holiday. This won't be our last stay!

The flooding carried on throughout our stay, and the host wasn't able to fix it. It ruined our trip. On top of that, the host was really unkind and acted as though we'd made the whole thing up, even though we have all the evidence. The chalet is very beautiful, but I can't recommend it after this experience. We tried to sort things out privately, but the host tried to belittle us, so we're responding here.

The welcome was impeccable, and we had a great stay with friends in this comfortable chalet. From there, it's near a charming village with plenty of shops. The view is magnificent. A place I'd recommend.
