You feel at home here, and the value for money is excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant, with something for adults and children alike. We enjoyed the delicious, high-quality meals, the friendly chats, and sharing meals with the other guests during our full-board week. The owner also went out of his way to help when snow was forecast and I needed to travel. He offered to check whether I could get up to the holiday center once I reached the village, and, if not, to pick up my daughter and me and drive us to the resort. I really appreciated that kindness, which let me travel without worrying. With the center right at the foot of the slopes, I highly recommend staying here.

The only part of the stay that felt welcoming came from the waitresses, who were kind and pleasant. The rest of the hotel was a disappointment. The staff were generally strict and not very friendly, and the atmosphere felt heavy, with lots of rules and little warmth. The rooms also seemed poorly maintained: broken beds, a damaged bunk bed, and holes visible in the ceiling. There was even a wooden board leaning against a wall with no explanation, which made the place feel patched together. We weren't allowed to use the balconies, which was frustrating in a mountain setting. Overall, it felt too strict and run-down, and I wouldn't want to return.

A great spot for a family holiday, including for parents traveling on their own. The slopes are right there, and the rooms are comfortable. The food was top-notch, and the staff were really pleasant. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The balcony had a splendid view, and the whole place had a warm, festive, friendly feel for our family New Year's stay at Pourquoi Pas. I'm a restaurateur, so I don't have much to add, except that I felt completely at home. The meals were flavorful and really good, and the service was quick and pleasant. Everything was delicious. I also enjoyed meeting Chef Pascale during our meal. A big thank you!
