The place is cozy, sunny, and well located, with nice views, friendly staff, and decent service times. The food was disappointing. The pizza was bland, with undercooked dough; some slices were cold, soggy underneath, and stuck to the plate. The salad tasted fine but came in a rather small bowl. The soups and hot chocolate were tasty, though lukewarm. We ordered a waffle and another waffle with a hot chocolate as part of the combo deal, but I don't think the combo price was applied to the bill, which may have included something else too. With this location, the price could seem reasonable if the food quality had matched it.
