Parking was easy, the bed was comfy, and everything was spotlessly clean. The host was so friendly, booked us a table at a lovely local restaurant straight away, and made a beautiful breakfast. A fantastic B&B with thoughtful little touches. We’d definitely come back, everything was faultless!

Charlotte and Nicolas gave us such a lovely, friendly welcome. It’s really handy for the centre of Arras, and the breakfast was great. Just right for an overnight stay.

Charlotte and Nicolas made us feel very welcome, and we had a wonderful time. The room was pleasant, the surroundings peaceful, and the bedding really high quality. Breakfast was excellent, too. I recommend this place 2000%, you won’t be disappointed.

There’s a flight of stairs to climb, but the room is beautiful, with a large, comfortable double bed. The bathroom is modern, with an easy-to-use corner shower in a handy spot, good hot water and efficient taps. Breakfast was decent, though mostly sweet. Our hostess was friendly and attentive. There’s a private garage with an automatic door, plus a veranda and garden with a beautiful olive tree. The price was reasonable.

Even the winter weather couldn’t spoil this wonderful stay in a stunning setting. Charlotte and Nicolas were so warm and welcoming, and I was able to recharge at Les Oliviers. I’m hard to please, but the thoughtful touches and genuine human connection made it feel absolutely perfect. There was real exchange and sharing, along with all the comfort. A solid 10/10. I’ll be back.
