Things were more or less fine until I tried the shuttle. No one had said the taxi would cost 35€ for a ride under five minutes, and I expected the service to be free since the airport is right nearby. Nobody mentioned a price. If I'd known, I'd have used Uber, which was only 11€. It was awful service, and the receptionist spoke rudely to me. I paid the driver in cash, but he went back to the hotel and accused me of not paying. Then the receptionist called and accused me too. I hate this place and was crying over how unfair it felt. I think the taxi driver is a fraud. The receptionist was extremely rude and unfair, with a terrible attitude.

When my flight was cancelled and I was desperate, this hotel came through. Every other hotel seemed to be booked, but they answered my call at short notice and got everything right down to the last detail. I'd defend this place through any trial or battle.

We found some great restaurants nearby serving delicious Italian food, and the staff at the hotel were really friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and cozy, and we felt comfortable there. There's a bus stop not far away with a route straight to the beach. As adults, we could walk there in under 30 minutes, so we chose to go on foot in the cool morning. A lovely hotel, highly recommended.

I booked just a few days before my stay. At 11 p.m. on October 12, a very pretty, kind girl with a lovely wide smile welcomed me at reception. She spoke very politely and handed me the room key. The hotel was clean and looked after well, and the whole stay was one of my most beautiful and lush experiences. I'm 100% satisfied and confidently recommend this Hotel. Thanks to the receptionist and the staff. I'll definitely come back.
