Very kind and helpful people, and the place felt very safe. The stay was affordable, the rooms were clean, and the pool was great. It's close to the beach, but you'll need swim shoes. Bring bug spray too. The food nearby was great. The A/C could have been stronger.

We spent two weeks at the Helio Hotel Pierre Vacances, right across the road from the sea. It's suited to families with children, with a swimming pool and tennis courts at no extra cost, and the flats have air conditioning. The service wasn't customer-oriented. Their guidelines say we should have been able to stay in the room until late afternoon for an extra 50 Euros, and the next party wasn't due to get the room before 15:00 the following day. But the elderly blond woman at the desk refused. She kept cleaning her desk while we spoke, which felt insulting. On our first day, they promptly replaced a broken light bulb and fixed the broken plug and toaster after we reported them. But the service technician never came back to reassemble the heating, which was lying on the floor when we arrived.

All the rooms have kitchens, so you can cook for a family. The pool was very large, and the tennis courts were kept very clean. There was ample parking, and everything was close by, including amazing restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed taking my morning walks along the water, and we all had a great time at Pierre residences.

We were allowed to check in several hours early because our room was ready ahead of time. We stayed in room 125, with a really big corner balcony. The apartment was clean and had everything we expected. The staff were helpful throughout. They brought us a cut board right away when we asked. When we reported the air conditioner problem, they provided a portable AC that same day as a workaround. Many thanks to Silvia and the other young lady at reception, the pretty girl who advised me about the windshield stickers required for the car and kindly printed a small document when I asked about the nearby copy center. You're amazing, and we'd like to come back!
