They took such good care of us when we arrived an hour late, tired and hungry. The service was exceptionally kind, and getting in after the restaurant had closed was easy. We missed the instructions, though, and had a hilarious after-hours adventure figuring it out. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and cozy, and breakfast was simple and tasty. It’s a sweet little hotel in a good location, and I’d recommend it for the warm service. One general note: if you drive an EV, some charging stations here may not accept many cards.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful river view. It was small by American standards, but the warm, accommodating staff were impeccable, and I can’t imagine finding better people. Dinner was fabulous, too. The prix fixe menu had four courses and plenty of choices, and everything we were served looked beautiful and tasted fantastic. The portions were so generous we couldn’t finish everything. The suggested wine was excellent and reasonably priced. I recommend staying here, and I’ll come back when I’m in this part of France.

The rooms are basic but fine, and it’s an inexpensive place to stay. What really stood out was the food. I can’t praise its quality enough. If you’re going to Chantilly, this place is only a few minutes away.

The dining is excellent. The rooms aren’t completely up to date, but this old-school auberge has a relaxed charm that makes it feel much more appealing.

The menu was fantastic at 33 €, and to finish, there was a glass of champagne. I recommend this restaurant. My only disappointment was the view: I’d thought it would be closer to the river.
