The chef does creative, excellent cooking, and the local wine was lovely.

The staff were helpful and attentive, and the service was professional. The restaurant itself is very pleasant. Dishes are carefully prepared and refined, with set menus for different tastes as well as à la carte choices. The menu changes now and then, which is nice for those of us who come back. See you again soon!

Good value for money, with really tasty home-style cooking. It's a great little restaurant.

The food was a real treat, from the generous, meaty seafood to the succulent meat and desserts. There was no unnecessary wait, the welcome was warm, and the atmosphere was great. Emilie gave excellent service and was incredibly kind. The hotel is charming and very relaxing. If you get a room overlooking the river and mountains, the view is magnificent. What a lovely break and a wonderful discovery. Thank you!

I don't live in the Couserans region, so I only visit from time to time, but this restaurant is always excellent value for money and the food quality is top-notch. I tried their takeaway a few weeks ago too, and we were delighted. The dishes were truly excellent.
