Maison Verosia

The welcome was so warm, and breakfast was delicious. Veronique also gladly shared useful tips for exploring the region. The charming house sits in a lovely setting with a beautiful garden, and it offers more than just a bedroom: we had a nice living room with a fridge and microwave too. Thanks for everything.

A few steps away is a Romanesque treasure of rare beauty, in a village that feels distinctly early medieval. Veronique is thoughtful, gentle, cultured, and kind. The setting felt magical and gave my partner and me the kind of vacation we hoped for, with history, culture, music, art, a touch of luxury, and time to do nothing. Homemade food with locally sourced ingredients, babbling streams, and the sound of a beating heart made for a deeply relaxing stay.

The garden is beautiful, and the cottage is very nice. Véronique, the owner, is really kind. Our room was pleasant, and the lounges were well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend staying here and would happily come back.

We can’t wait to come back in the spring. The house was very pleasant, and our hostess made us feel warmly welcomed. The meals were carefully prepared and delicious. Thanks to Véronique for her smile and all the thoughtful little touches. See you soon!
