On October 29, 2025, I had my first stay at a Mercure. The room was elegant and quiet, and breakfast was good. It’s very close to Intra-Muro. In autumn, it was easy to park along the road. Thanks so much.

The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly, always welcoming and ready to help or offer advice. Right on the seafront, the hotel has breathtaking views.

The ocean view really is just that. Breakfast was very good, and there are many nice restaurants nearby. It’s an easy walk to the fort. The room was lovely, though there isn’t much space for clothes if you’re staying more than a day or two.

The hotel is well maintained and organised, in the best part of the beach. Breakfast had good quality, plenty of food, and a nice variety. Book a sea view privilege room to enjoy the view.

That beach side view was the best part. I spent my mornings having a quick smoke and looking out at the beach, which was so relaxing. The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff were always lovely. Parking is difficult since there’s only street parking, but it was still well worth coming. I’ll definitely be back :)
