The location was good, but the apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The bedding and amenities were only average, and the cleaning had been done really badly.

We got a parking space with the apartment, which was clean and nicely laid out. It's about a 10-minute walk to the sea and 40 minutes on foot to central Saint-Malo. Just be aware it's up on the 4th floor with no elevator 😋. We had a much more personal welcome on arrival than you get with a key box 😁. Enjoy your stay!

Spacious, practical, quiet, clean, and really well located. Everything in the apartment was perfect, nothing to complain about. Better than home.

Good location and a nice apartment, but the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. It could also use a fresh coat of paint.

The apartment was so comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and Julien kept communication clear. We had a superb holiday in St Malo. Exceptional, highly recommend!
