Ludovicka made a great stay even better. She was incredibly helpful with tips on nearby places to eat and see, and her English was impeccable. I tried my basic French, but she quickly offered to switch to English. The hotel was the best of our trip, with clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and a great location near the beach, old town, and plenty of good brasseries. For an ocean view, ask for a junior suite. The attached picture is from the balcony of room 35; the other five rooms should have the same view.

We only spent one night at Hotel L' Adresse and would love to come back. The hotel has been extensively refurbished, with lovely attention to detail. The lounge, bar, and reception areas are attractive, and they serve bar snacks and platters. Our room was large, with very comfortable beds and a mini kitchen cupboard we could have used. The bathroom was very modern. We recommend staying here.

We came across this hotel by chance on a road trip and were able to check in without a reservation. The room was reasonably priced, with a balcony, comfortable beds, and a good level of amenities. The reception staff were very helpful and offered to keep our bikes in a secure garage, which was ideal for motorbikes. It made a great short stop in St Malo, and the walled town is an easy walk away.

The rooms had more than we expected, and the decor felt warm and welcoming. The location was just right, too. What really stood out was the staff: professional, and so kind. After dinner we couldn't find a shop selling milk for our tea, so we asked the night receptionist. She used Google Translate to ask how much we wanted and tried hard to sort it out for us. You don't come across that kind of service often. L’Addresse was a fabulous find, and I'd happily recommend it.
