ibis budget Valence Nord Plateau des Couleures

I couldn't get a decent night's sleep at the Premiere Classe in France. The walls are thin, so hallway sounds and noise from neighboring rooms carry right through, and it was very noisy at night. The beds were uncomfortable too, and I woke up tired every morning. When I had questions, the staff were unfriendly and didn't help. I wasn't satisfied with my stay and wouldn't recommend it. There are better, quieter places to stay.

The staff were cold and didn't seem very interested in helping guests, which did nothing to improve my stay at the Premiere Classe in France. Noise was a problem, especially at night. I could hear people talking, doors slamming, and sounds from other rooms, so sleeping was really hard. The beds didn't give me any real rest. I expected at least basic comfort, but found them disappointing. I won't be back and can't recommend this place.

The people at the desk were a great help and dealt with things quickly. For a 2* hotel, it was perfect, just simple and very clean. MacDonalds is nearby, which is handy. We didn't sleep well because the beds were very hard and the pillows very small. The shower was nice, though the temperature wouldn't stay steady, and the water pressure was good.

The location is strategic, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are relatively clean, though they have a bit of a funky smell.
