Residence Village Montana

The staff and lobby were really nice, and I liked the balcony. The location was pretty good, near the elevator to the mall. But this definitely doesn't feel like a four-star apartment hotel. The rooms, bathroom and toilet were tiny. My tall friend couldn't even shut the toilet door while sitting down. The ski room was also very small and hard to move around in during busy periods. They could add a light to the balcony and electricity in the little room in the wall. I'd give it three stars at most.

The location was exceptional, the best I've ever had right on the piste. It made starting and ending each day easy, and worked well for evening visits to the Tignes leisure centre, free with the lift pass, as well as the bars and restaurants. The rooms are basic but good for the price, clean, and had everything we needed. We don't need anything fancy. The beds were incredibly hard, and we don't usually comment on beds, so they must be really hard. Thanks for a fantastic week.

The views from the room were incredible, and the slopes were only a short walk away. The room was exceptionally clean, nicely presented, and had all the appliances we needed for a self-catered week. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Amazing hotel, 10/10, I'd stay here again!

The kids were over the moon playing in the huge snowfall, and my son even ended up with an impromptu birthday party in the lounge with more than 40 people. The adults were looked after really well too. It felt calm and friendly throughout the week, and the place was run smoothly. After the mayor let us out, service was back to normal the next day, with no dip at all. A wonderful week, with what felt like four seasons, including the biggest overnight dump of snow I’ve ever seen. Thank you.
