The service made the meal feel especially welcoming. The team were friendly, knew their dishes well, and explained each one with real enthusiasm. The setting is beautiful, and the cooking is inventive while still respecting local produce and traditions. We had the dégustation menu today, and every course was carefully prepared and presented. The oyster in asparagus broth was a standout, unusual, delicate, and absolutely delicious. It’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had locally in a long time. We’ll certainly be back.

Julien was such a friendly host and made us feel at home. We spent two nights here, with dinner and breakfast, and found it incredibly relaxing, probably the most relaxing stay I’ve ever had. The room was spacious and clean, with its own exterior access for wandering the beautiful grounds. The food was perfect. If I get the chance to visit the region again, I’ll absolutely stay here.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and we’d recommend having it since there aren’t many food options nearby. We also enjoyed the hot tub, a walk through the vineyards, and a glass of the property’s wine during our few nights here for a wedding nearby. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, especially for such a historic building, and the whole property was breathtaking. The staff were attentive and kind, and everyone went out of their way to help us feel at home and enjoy the place. We’d definitely come back for a relaxing weekend away.

Horse riding around the vineyard was part of what made our wedding anniversary so magnificent. The room and food were perfect too, and the whole place felt absolutely magical. We couldn’t have chosen a better way to spend our anniversary. Big thanks to Barnard, Julien and the chef for such an amazing experience!

The restaurant is lovely, with exquisite cuisine. The chateau itself is beautiful and peaceful, full of character, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The terrace and pool are stunning.
