We’d seen some reviews that made us unsure about coming, but we had a very pleasant stay and felt at home. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and full of useful information. We had breakfast there once and thought it was good and worth the price. The indoor room felt a little dated and quiet, so the terrace is the better place to eat. We were out enjoying the location most of the time, but whenever we were at the hotel, things were good.

Our harbour-facing room put us right in the middle of Il de rè. We could hear boats and people chatting, and smell food cooking beneath the window. Quieter rooms are available at the back if that’s more your thing. The location is everything here. It may be a 3 star hotel, but we got a warm, genuine welcome with a great sense of humour. The breakfast team were delightful too. Love from Ireland!

The terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast or a late-night snack. We also liked the location and the rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped with all our questions.

The location was great, but the air conditioning wasn’t working during our July stay. Our room got very hot and we slept badly. It was disappointing that nobody mentioned the problem at check-in.

The harbour views are worth having, and the hotel’s in a great location. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and full of information. We’d booked three nights, but our return flights were cancelled. We came back worried about finding somewhere to stay, and they quickly helped us get back into our original room. They were so understanding and made a stressful situation manageable. Merci beaucoup, à bientôt. Dominic & Jessie
