The gardens are lovely to wander around, and the manor itself is beautiful. We found the beds comfortable and our room perfectly clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with local produce. The host was fantastic and always happy to help. Set in a nature reserve, it’s also a great base for exploring the Airborne Division’s WW2 sites. We stayed three nights and everything was perfect, 10/10.

Built in the 1500s, the manor is about a mile from Brecourt Manor, site of the Band of Brothers D-Day battle, and around five minutes from Saint Mere Eglise. There’s also a D-Day battle site across the road at WXYZ complex, look up Harrison Summers on Google. Sebastien was a wonderful, friendly host, and the rooms were great, quiet and clean. Breakfast was amazing too. A+ all the way around, highly recommended!

The host is glad to share local suggestions, whether you’re looking for restaurants, which can be challenging to find, or little towns to visit. It’s a lovely, peaceful spot with a garden, and the breakfast was wonderful. A perfect base for a few days exploring the north of “La Manche”.

The grounds are beautiful, and the homemade breakfast was lovely. A wonderful place to stay, with very nice people.

Such a lovely place, and the surroundings were extremely quiet. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade products. I’d recommend the yoghurt.
